Doris' Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup hot water with butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add 1 cup cold water.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water; add to butter and sugar mixture.
    Add flour and cover; let rise at least 2 hours.
    Punch down, knead and roll out like biscuits. Put in greased
    cake
    pans and let rise another 1 to 2 hours. Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 12 to 15 minutes.
    This recipe will last in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
