Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes (if instant are used, prepare according to directions on box)
    1 tsp. salt
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cream shortening with sugar.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Add eggs. Beat until fluffy.
    Mix mashed potatoes, salt and milk together; add to cream mixture.
    Beat.
    Beat in 1 cup flour.
    Stir in softened yeast and beat in potatoes.
    Beat in enough flour to make soft dough.
    Turn dough onto floured surface and knead.
    Form in ball and turn into greased bowl.
