Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. catsup
1 chopped medium onion
minced clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well; bring to boil.
Cook on moderate heat for 10 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over 8 pork chops in deep bowl and cool.
Can stand overnight.
Arrange chops in shallow baking pan and add sauce.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Baste occasionally.
