Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. nonfat chicken broth
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    Add broth slowly.
    Add broccoli.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender. Puree in blender.
    Return to pan; add milk and let simmer.
    Makes about 4 servings.
