Foil Steak Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round or chuck steak (1-inch)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 medium potatoes, halved lengthwise
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place steak in center of foil.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with potatoes, carrots, celery, green pepper and onion.
    Dot with margarine; salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold foil over, leaving a small space for steam.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
