Mississippi Barbecue Sauce(Taken From Mississippi Agricultural Extension Service) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    garlic as you like
Preparation
    You may vary the recipe to suit individual taste.
    Try salting the chicken 1 to 2 hours before barbecuing.
    After salting real good, place in the refrigerator.
    If you salt before barbecuing, do not add salt to the sauce.
    Amount given is for 8 to 10 halves.
