2 eggs or 4 yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly, then add everything else. Pour into 1-quart baking dish and set in pan of water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 or 60 minutes.
