Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    tomato juice (to make consistency of meat loaf)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Make into 1 large loaf or 2 small ones.
    Pour tomato juice over top to 1/2 up on loaf and bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
