Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. candied cherries (green and red)
Preparation

Bring the sugar and water to a boil; cook well until sugar dissolves.
Add the whipping cream; cook to soft ball stage (238\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
Cool and beat until mixture starts to cream.
Add the nuts, coconut and cherries.
Mix and pour into mold lined with Reynolds Wrap.
