Banana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. vinegar
sliced bananas
1 pkg. peanuts, crushed
Preparation

Cook sugar, eggs and vinegar over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool.
Layer bananas and peanuts. Pour dressing over top and serve.
Serves 8.
