Smothered Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk (soup can)
    6 to 8 pork chops
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Lightly brown both sides of pork chops.
    In a small bowl, mix soup and milk together and set aside.
    In an oblong baking dish, spoon cooked rice into dish.
    Lay pork chops on top of rice. Sprinkle onion on top of pork chops.
    Pour soup and milk mixture over pork chops.
    Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (covered).
    Serves 3 to 4.
