Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped cooked chicken breast (or a whole chicken)
3 celery ribs
2/3 c. seedless green grapes
1/3 c. canned coconut (optional)
2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Coarsely chop celery ribs and half the grapes.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, coconut and almonds. Toss, mixing well.
Blend whipped cream with mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Fold into chicken mixture.
