Sausage Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 lasagna noodles, cooked (about 8 oz.)
8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook pork sausage over medium heat, stirring to break apart.
Pour off excess drippings.
Add onions; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Layer sauce and noodles. Put in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
