Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2-inch square garlic or American cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice until done.
    Set aside.
    Cook onion, water and broccoli until onion is tender.
    Set aside.
    Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Combine milk, celery soup, margarine and cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    Add to rice and broccoli mixture.
    Add reserved 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine to bread crumbs.
    Put 1/2 of crumbs into bottom of baking dish (large, round or square).
    Pour rice, broccoli, cheese mixture on top of bread crumbs.
    Put remaining bread crumbs on top.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
