Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned, boneless breasts
2 heaping tsp. paprika
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until clear.
Add paprika, salt and pepper.
Add chicken and coat well.
Add water.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add sour cream to sauce and heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
Serve over rice.
