Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 lb. Ricotta
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    grated rind of lemon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0. Mix yellow cake mix as directed on package.
    Mix together the Ricotta, eggs, sugar, lemon rind and vanilla.
    Pour this mixture on top of cake batter.
    Sprinkle the mixed sugar and cinnamon on top.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
