Hot Spinach Salad(Serve Immediately) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh spinach, torn
    4 slices bacon, diced
    1/4 c. light cream (half and half)
    2 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place spinach in salad bowl.
    In a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
    Spoon bacon and drippings over spinach.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour into skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Pour over spinach and toss until leaves are well coated.
    Garnish with sliced tomatoes, hard-cooked egg wedges and fresh mushrooms if desired. Makes 4 servings.
