Winter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve juice)
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    4 large carrots, diced
    2 each green and red peppers, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 lb. top round of beef, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    4 (13 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes and juice
    beef broth plus water to equal 2 qt.
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain and chop tomatoes; reserve juice.
    Dice potatoes and carrots.
    Cut green and red peppers; set aside.
