Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (less 1 Tbsp.)
    1 lb. grated cheese (sharp cheese)
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. red pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Have ingredients at room temperature.
    Put all ingredients into bowl and mix with hands.
    Add extra flour until hands and bowl are clean.
    Roll out on floured cloth and cut with cutter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
