Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large mushrooms, stems removed
    2 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
    8 stems, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onions; cook until soft.
    Mix stems, crumbs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper together.
    Add onions.
    Fill caps; brown in skillet in butter for 3 minutes.
    Broil mushrooms for 3 minutes.
    Serves 2.
