Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt in a medium saucepan. Blend in about 1/4 cup milk. Add remaining milk. Cook and stir over low heat until sauce boils and is thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and vanilla extract.
