Ingredients

1 c. Cream of Wheat
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
