Crispy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. diced Velveeta
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Place carrots in greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Stir in onion; sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
