Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. margarine or softened butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In large bowl, blend first 9 ingredients, low speed until moistened, then for 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour half of batter into pan.
    In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle half of sugar mixture and chocolate chips over batter.
    Repeat with remaining batter, sugar mixture and chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with ice cream to serve.
