Cheese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cook sliced carrots and onion in salted water.
    Drain.
    Melt cheese and butter together.
    Mix and bake in a casserole at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
