Aunt Jan'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    6 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Use 3 salts to salt the brisket heavily.
    Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
    Seal tightly with foil. Cook at 225\u00b0 for 8 to 10 hours.
    Remove from oven and pour off liquid.
    Cool liquid and remove fat.
    Let meat cool, remove fat, slice and return to baking dish.
    Pour sauce over meat, cover with foil and heat at 350\u00b0 until hot.
