Fitz'S Gorgonzola Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayo
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated Gorgonzola cheese

Preparation

Cheese is best if frozen first.
Thoroughly combine all ingredients except cheese.
Blend in cheese last.
