Cottage Cheese Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini, baked
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice and parboil zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Beat eggs with cottage cheese, seasoning and Cheddar cheese.
    Mix with zucchini and place in casserole.
    Top with a little more cheese and paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until firm.
