Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 bunch green onions, diced small
6 large cloves garlic, grated
1/4 tsp. Accent
jalapeno pepper, grated and added to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Store in airtight container.
Store in refrigerator.
Will keep for several days.
Serve with tortilla chips, as side dish with meals, on tacos and with cheese dip.
