Finger Lickin' Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. Town House or Ritz fine cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients (cracker crumbs and spices).
    Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk and then roll in dry ingredients.
    Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
