Bavarian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bacon
1 can sauerkraut, drained
pork chops (I prefer boneless)
potatoes
onions
1 can tomato wedges
Preparation

Line bottom of baking dish with bacon.
Drain sauerkraut and put over bacon.
Lay pork chops over kraut.
Peel and slice potatoes over pork chops.
Slice onions and separate into rings. Put on potatoes.
Pour can of tomatoes on top of casserole (do not drain).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at least 2 hours at 350\u00b0. (For first hour, you may want to cover with foil.)
