Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in top of double boiler.
    Add water. Combine beaten egg yolks and lemon juice; beat.
    Pour in double boiler.
    Cook until thick, then add vinegar and extract.
    Cool, then pour into pie shell.
