Chinese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, then add softened butter.
    Cream butter, sugar and add the beaten eggs.
    Add nuts and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
