Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces chicken (thighs, legs and breasts are the best)
    1 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce and marinade (e.g., Kikkoman brand)
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 piece fresh ginger root, grated (about 2-inches long)
    12 cloves garlic, mashed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    rice, green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, juice, ginger, garlic and sugar to form the marinade.
    Wash chicken pieces and add to bowl.
    Marinate chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once or twice.*
    Remove chicken from marinade.
    Arrange in a baking pan. Pour marinade over chicken.
