Carob Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. carob powder
3/4 c. oil
1 c. honey
2 Tbsp. egg substitute
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
2/3 c. date sugar
Preparation
-
Cream together first six ingredients.
Add remaining five ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into sprayed 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 36.
