Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. cold, cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked pork, chicken, ham or shrimp
    1 can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh bean sprouts)
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. green onions, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in large skillet.
    Add eggs and cook until firm but not hard, stirring with fork.
    Add rice and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook about 10 minutes more.
    If dry, add small amount more butter. Serves 4 to 6.
