Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts (any variety)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Cook in skillet over medium heat.
    Stir continually.
    When mixture gets to desired brownness pour into pie pan lined with foil and buttered.
    Let cool and break into pieces.
    Makes 1 small batch.
    Great for holiday baskets!
