Spiced Pumpkin Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
    1 c. chopped pecans
    7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, pumpkin and spice.
    Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly to 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch morsels, Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla. Blend well!
    Pour quickly into a well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. When firm, cut into squares.
    Remove from pan.
    Pack into box and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 3 pounds.
