Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs and vanilla.
Stir in pumpkin.
Mix dry ingredients; add to mixture.
Add raisins and carrots.
Spoon in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray.
(Do not use paper liners.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from pans. Refrigerate.
