Shrimp Glace - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. chopped, boiled shrimp or 2 cans broken shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 box (4 envelopes) Knox gelatine, melted in 1 cup hot water
Preparation
    Boil tomato soup.
    Add cream cheese and stir until well blended.
    Add onion, celery, shrimp, mayonnaise and gelatine mixture.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour in well-greased mold and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with crackers.
