Georgia Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Ritz or saltine crackers
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix ingredients.
    Put in a greased pie pan.
    Cook 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and refrigerate.
