Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and sugar; set aside for 10 minutes. Mix sugar, shortening and salt with scalded milk; cool to lukewarm.
    Combine yeast and milk mixture; add flour and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until lightly browned.
