1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine butter and brown sugar.
Add nuts.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom of pie shell.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
