Baby Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. batter
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Use a miniature muffin pan.
    Mix together the cream cheese, stick butter and flour.
    Distribute evenly into bottom of each muffin shell.
    Place 1/2 the nuts over this mixture.
    Beat together the egg, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Place on top of nuts.
    Top each muffin with the remaining nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 18 to 20 minutes.
