Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. seasoned yellow rice
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken until done, adding salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 stick of butter (margarine).
Take all meat from the bones. In a casserole dish, add a layer of chicken, a layer of yellow rice, then a layer of cream of chicken soup, then a layer of chicken and a layer of rice, then a layer of cream of mushroom soup, another layer of chicken, and a last layer of yellow rice. Then add crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter as a top layer.
Add some broth to casserole.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
