Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers (crumbs)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 chocolate candy bar, grated
Preparation
    Mix together crackers, 1/2 cup sugar and chopped nuts.
    Fold cracker mixture into egg white mixture.
    Bake in a greased pie plate at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Top with Cool Whip and grated chocolate.
