Rabbit Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Wash
    rabbit
    and
    pat
    dry.
    Wipe
    with
    vinegar.
    In skillet, saute rabbit and onions in oil with bacon and seasoning. Add chicken
    broth and simmer until tender.
    Add raisins and chocolate and cook for an additional 11 minutes.
