Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. creamy mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, celery and onions. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
