Everready Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar (white or brown)
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. soda
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shortening, melted (1/2 margarine)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine bran, sugar, flour, soda, spice and salt in very large bowl.
    Add eggs, shortening, vanilla and buttermilk; mix well. Store in refrigerator in covered container up to 6 weeks.
    When ready to bake, fill greased muffin tins or paper cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes.
