Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. crushed garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. sour cream
1 bag medium egg noodles
Preparation

Cook egg noodles according to directions on package.
Brown ground beef.
Drain fat.
Over low heat, saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add beef and salt and pepper to taste.
Add mushrooms and soup.
Let it get good and hot, then add sour cream.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over egg noodles.
